Called them about the end of November to give me an estimate for filling a void under my garage foundation. This was part of a larger job that included replacing some failed peers under the footings. I had a contractor for that part, but not the void fill.

Fortify does outstanding work! My driveway leveling was a complex repair due to cracking and lowering caused by a trash sinkhole and some raising due to tree roots, the combination causing a triangular and V shaped low spot. Further complicating my project was the presence of concrete blobs under the driveway from previous lifting work. Floyd was amazing! Due to his experience, knowledge, and attention to detail, he was able to remedy my situation and prevent it from worsening. The careful and expert application of the lifting material also fixed the problem without causing any other damage, which could have easily happened. You won’t find a more professional, competent, and pleasant person to work with. Floyd is meticulous in everything, even cleaning up concrete dust resulting from drilling, and sealing the cracks with perfection! And when he ran out of crack sealer with less than 10 inches left, he refused to accept payment until he could come back and finish the job. Unbelievable! Thanks again Floyd!

I had some voids under garage slab, a result of soil settlement over the years. Floyd and his crew explained their hi-tech solution using a high density structural polyurethane expanding foam and how this lightweight product injected through several holes in the flooring provides needed support and prevents further settlement and damage to the concrete floor. The team was direct and honest about their process, pricing, setting expectations and delivering as promised. Foundation repair is no fun for any homeowner but Fortify made the process very easy from start to finish. No tricks, no bait and switch, no upselling, only hard work and real value.
